Why this page should be deleted[edit]

This is a memorial page for a middle-rank soldier whose only claim to notability was being killed in a large war that killed thousands. Except for the inevitable notices in the press of the country he served for, there is no prospect of lasting coverage in reliable sources. Zero^talk 09:22, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This is not a "memorial page", he is one of the most prominent officers in the 2023 Israel-Hamas war and one of the most senior Israeli commanders to have been killed. Commander of a significant units. Commander of thousands of soldiers. There is an article on him in 5 languages in total. Eladkarmel (talk) 10:02, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
