Propose removing notable person's banner[edit]

If it's news when a noted Buddhist Lama dies, it's very likely that teacher is notable. Non-notable people only get an obit. Longchenpa (talk) 23:21, 6 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Having heard no objections, and having added more sources--including the documentary film about his life, Domang Yangthang by Rayonner Films--I'm removing the notable person's banner. Yangthang Tulku is notable.
