Deletion discussion[edit]

I've marked this as blatant advertising because it is a direct copy of advertising material from the record company website, posted to wikipedia by the artist's manager, with no attempt to justify the importance of the subject. -- Cosmo0 15:11, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I, the aticle creator, have reverted edits by User:STROOM. I do believe that it was indeed advertising. But I doubt that the current version of the page should be speedily deleted. I would ask STROOM to read a certain guideline about this type of thing, but I don't know which. Maybe someone else can comment on that? In the meantime, I would appreciate this article to stay in existence. :-) Pepve 15:55, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
And of course, some of the material I reverted can very well be in the article. But most can not. I would also ask STROOM to contribute in a way that is less likely to be contested, by adding that material. Pepve 15:58, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Apologies, Pepve. STROOM has recently created a lot of pages for minor artists that he/she manages which were just copies of promotional material and links to commercial websites and at first glance I had assumed that this was another one of those. -- Cosmo0 17:15, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It's fine, no harm done. And thank you, Cosmo0, for keeping an eye out for that kind of edit/creation. Pepve 20:37, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
