Was or is a political party?[edit]

The website for the Wildrose Alliance Party is still up and running, and it appears that it's a functioning political party. Is it defunct or still operational? The latter appears to the case according to their own website. If that's the case, why does the article make it seem as if this party is no longer established? From my perspective, it seems to be fully functional. 72.39.210.23 (talk) 22:19, 18 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The subject of this article, the Wilrose Party of Alberta, is no more. It merged with the Alliance Party to form the Wildrose Alliance, which has the website you visited. See Wildrose Alliance. Ground Zero | t 23:31, 18 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Party status[edit]

Is there any reference that this party was ever registered with Elections Alberta? 117Avenue (talk) 02:22, 16 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

It seems to me that we can discuss Wildrose Party of Alberta, Wildrose Alliance Party, and Wildrose Party in the same article. This one needs cleanup anyway as it is almost entirely unsourced. 162.208.168.92 (talk) 02:03, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
