Mastromonaco -> Breckenridge[edit]

Alyssa Mastromonaco's replacement, Anita Decker Breckenridge, has been announced, but won't take over until May. Both articles have refs to that effect (but no specific date), so I've returned this article to showing Mastromonaco in position until we have a reference to say the transition has been done. -- Finlay McWalterჷTalk 19:56, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

John Fleming[edit]

There is no evidence that John Fleming was ever appointed Deputy Chief of Staff. Politico did state at one point that Mr. Fleming was a Deputy Chief of Staff: [1]. However, the official White House website specifies that Mr. Fleming's title is "Assistant to the President for Planning and Implementation": [2][3]. VanCity99 (talk) 02:20, 8 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I agree and have edited to reflect this - I can't find any official White House statement showing that John Fleming was ever named Deputy Chief of Staff, and the majority of articles refer to him by the title "Assistant to the President for Planning and Implementation" or as a "top aide" or "senior advisor" to the Chief of Staff. None of the articles which refer to him as Deputy Chief of Staff are linked to any subsequent announcement from the White House about a title change.
