State of the article[edit]

As it stands, the article is very poorly written. It contains content that is incomprehensible because of the poor English used, and there are several sections that consist of little more than a list of places, a poorly formatted list at that. I started cleaning up the article a few minutes ago, but because I know little about this area, my changes may not have been accurate.

I hereby ask the support of editors involved in Wikiproject India.
