Height restriction[edit]

"This rule is in place for many reasons one of which is that the child cannot hold on tight enough and could easily fall out onto the waltzer platform being thrown from the ride which could result in death or serious injury."

How is a child's strength directly related to his/her height and no other factors?

For ages I haven't understood rides having a height restriction unless accompanied by an adult. I presume that, in this case, the idea is that the adult keeps hold of the small child while on the ride.... -- Smjg (talk) 19:11, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've just rewritten that sentence to make more sense. What do you think? -- Smjg (talk) 19:23, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

it is very common in norway[edit]

it is on every mobile amusement park(uncertain about what it is called in english but the ones where the rides are moved from place to place.) it is common practice to bring at least one waltzer along but thomas tivoli have a child version of it at well.84.213.45.196 (talk) 01:07, 1 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
