Japan Karatedo Federation[edit]

In the history section, Japan Karatedo Federation has its own link and following the name are parentheses with the abbreviation JKF inside. The abbreviation also links, but to an article called Japan Karate Federation. Are these two organizations really the same one?

Also, I'm wondering why organizations are written with italics. Is that according to the Wikipedia style manual? --31.45.79.44 (talk) 17:23, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I went ahead and removed two instances of italication of organization names.
Also, made the link from "Japan Karatedo Federation" go to the article about Japan Karate Federation, which the abbrivation previously linked to. Then I removed the linking from the abbreviation. I hope this simplification wasn't too much. --31.45.79.44 (talk) 17:41, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Two improvements that would be nice[edit]

The external links section should be better organized, and the links "prettyfied".

Also, there seems to be a need for cleaning up the use of single apostrophes, double apostrophes and italics. --31.45.79.44 (talk) 18:01, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As this article is specifically about the Wadokai organization, it seems external links should go to the organization's homepage and other sites specifically about the organization. As it is now, there's a long list of links to homepages of various karate clubs who are members in the organization Wadokai. This seems somewhat messy and irrelevant to me. Would be better to make a section within the article to list member clubs, or perhaps a separate article to list the clubs. But the external links section seems like a wrong place to list member clubs. --31.45.79.44 (talk) 18:09, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I have now made a few changes that I think to some degree improve and tighten up this article. --31.45.79.44 (talk) 02:42, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

External links modified[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Wadōkai. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
