This (short) page mentions a widely-distributed photograph, but doesn't actually have this photograph. Why not?

Hello! To answer your question, Wikipedia is not a traditional encyclopedia. Everything from text to images is user-submitted (i.e., random people volunteer their time and resources to the betterment of this project). As far as I can tell, the widely-distributed photograph is not free. I placed a CC-licensed photo in the article. —hike395 (talk) 06:54, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

About the same image. The article attributes it to Carlos Gutierrez but nothing is said in his article about that. Is it the right Carlos Gutierrez the one being linked to? The former secretary of commerce? Lalarimann (talk • contribs) 21:07, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
