I have started a virtual bidding page as it is an important function in all of the organized ISO markets. Isemonge (talk) 23:25, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
I have made substantive edits. I think it is now functional, albeit somewhat basic. I have categorized it and inserted links. I added comments each time, although I cannot find them now. --Isemonge (talk) 02:46, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
This article is very poor. Confusing, not to the point, not great writing, and possibly confused (e.g., including virtual supply and demand in security-constrained economic dispatch is precisely part of the point of the process--i.e., it is not strictly separated).
