Legistorm staff turnover data cannot be used to support claim[edit]
I am extremely dubious about using Legistorm employee turnover data to support the claim inserted in the article. The data come with caveats, including not to draw inferences from one year, viz:
Important caveats. The data can't tell us why turnover is so high. Short periods of time like a single year can make such measurements particularly unreliable. In single years, members might be hit by bad staffing luck or need a change in strategic focus caused by outside events. Members who are a few months away from leaving Congress particularly should not be compared with their peers since high turnover is expected, sometimes even with the member helping staffers get placed in other jobs. When new presidential administrations begin, particular offices with affinities to the administration might be tapped for talent at a much higher rate than normal. But for longer periods of time, turnover becomes a more reliable indicator of which offices staff might want to avoid if they can.
Spartz has been in office for only a year. As another example, one of the 2021 higher-turnover districts had been redistricted which put much of the current district (and district offices and staffers) a long way from the new district. It's now been picked up by Politico[1]. Since Wikipedia is not censored, I don't think it's proper to remove it. Having the highest turnover in congress (for members who haven't resigned) is certainly part of her tenure. Banana Republic (talk) 13:53, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Cool! Politico published an extensively reported article, interviewing quite a few former staffers plus other people familiar with the situation. Good reference. Former text was entirely based on the Legistorm posting, which Legistorm itself says is not a reliable indicator of anything.
I edited your paragraph a bit, to clean up the referencing and add one sentence characterizing the Politico report.

Spartz studied at Lyceum No. 15 in Chernihiv, graduated with a gold medal. She received her higher education at the Kyiv University of Economics and has a diploma with honors.

Spartz's Bachelors and Masters degrees from Kyiv National Economic University are in the article. I didn't find any reference for former education.
