Notability[edit]

I removed the prod because I think it is fairly evident Hall meets WP:GNG through extensive significant media coverage, even though he may fail WP:Athlete. Here is just what I've turned up in a very cursory search. If anyone else is so inclined, feel free to incorporate these sources' information into the article...
