Inconsistent scope of this dab page[edit]

I noticed that back in 2018, @Useddenim added various stations with “University” in its name (diff). Most of them have since been removed, and I added the Australian one back in without realising that it was removed a few years ago. I’ve come to the realisation that there are a lot of stations with “University” in its name. Should then this article just be for stations that are exactly named “University” (possibly incorporating any stations that are in foreign languages as well), with a separate list for stations at universities that are named otherwise?
