Under the doctrines of WP:SELFPUB, it is acceptable for self-published sources, such as the official Twitter for a subject, to be used as sources about themselves—subject to certain conditions. However, this is generally supposed to be used sparingly, and these make a very weak contribution to notability. Per WP:PRIMARY, Wikipedia articles should rely most upon reliable secondary sources, such as news articles and books. Beautiful Times chart history?[edit]
The source provided for the "Beautiful Times" Japan Hot 100 chart position is http://www.billboard.com/artist/322788/Owl+City/chart?f=848. However, that website does not verify that Beautiful Times peaked at position 91; in fact, I don't see it listed at all. Can someone please confirm this? Thanks. Mz7 (talk) 02:46, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
