answer: please, put updating datas here, if u are not allowed to update this area, contributors can decide to do it for you. ;) Keep in mind that many people want to help, but dont have the energy (motivation /will power) for searching each information and reference. Having these obvious info' here, can save many time to peoples who are not familiar with Git repositories or specific software information. example : i can see the last version available is 1.4.1.3, when wiki say 1.2.1.0 (stable version) ...its difficult to find if 1.4.1.3 is a stable version or not, many pratices share an unstable soft, another one refer a stable version as ESR, and one more very uninstable as a beta. Because i have a good motivation, and i am french, i often modify english wiki & french wiki at the same time. best regards, and thank you. Euphorian waft (talk)
Not a maleware, illegale usage and bitcoin[edit]
To prevent/fight cracked version distributed on p2p/torrent with torrent, it was decided with the community to add a free Ultimate version with bitcoin miniming. Because the cracked version is immoral (prevent income for the dev) and illegal (include trojan and spyware). Secondly, is feature/funding method decided with the community do a maleware, consider too all software with toolbar installation as maleware, then 50% of the open source and free software. I remain open to talk a way to commercialize it. Today this version was removed. Can be published again, but I don't think because it product incomprehension for lot of user, and most user is not reading:
- The message box
- Was have a free version with same features (just without the name Ultimate) and without any miner
