Wikipedia is not a tabloid - BLP dispute

Some unsourced controversial material here. "Jonsson has been heavily criticized in the media for having a whirlwind affair with the French Musician Jean-Michel Jarre with the pair having been repeatedly shown in the French and Swedish media cannoodling in public. The pair met whilst Jarre was promoting some of his music at the Cannes Film Festival earlier that year. Jarre is currently in the middle of a divorce scandal with his third wife Anne Parillaud to whom he has been married less than two years" is just one example.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 16:55, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

Weather credentials

No qualifications or knowledge whatsoever, she was just a pretty face and trim figure that stood in front of a map and read whatever came up in front of her on the autocue, similar to Wincy Willis and many other "Breakfast Show" weather girls that followed her. 21stCenturyGreenstuff (talk) 02:06, 13 January 2009 (UTC)


Swedish film actors

How can be she considered an actress??? Has she been in any tv or big screen FICTION?? If anything she is a reality TV personality...

She starred in the 1991 French film, The Annunciation of Marie. But she seems to have ditched acting for TV presenting and she turned down an appearance in Doctor Who recently.Teatreez (talk) 03:09, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

Jonsson married Lance Gerrard-Wright on 9 August 2003. They have two children, Cameron son of ex-husband cameraman John Turnbull and Bo (she was named after her grandfather, Bo Jonsson), by former partner Markus Kempen. Does this make four children for Jonsson, two with former partners and two with Gerrard-Wright? It's very ambiguous and needs clarification.Alun 18:09, 26 August 2005 (UTC)

In "Jonsson and Gerrard-Wright split in October 2005." what does "split" mean? If it means "divorced" then that is the word that should be used. An imprecise word like "split" should not be used in an encyclopaedia.

Career

Swedish Accent

She speaks flawless English as anyone who's heard her speak will know. She has been lampooned in the media for many things but having a Swedish accent has never been one of them. Vauxhall1964 (talk) 23:07, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Nationality

Move to the UK

When did Jonsson move to the UK? At the moment the article says nothing about her early life beyond giving her place of birth in Sweden in the infobox (but unsourced), then in the text jumping to her work in the UK from 1989 onwards. Human470 (talk) 22:31, 21 February 2017 (UTC)
