Link to Soil Taxonomy Document is dead[edit]

I notice the link to the Soil Taxonomy document listed in the external links and one of the article sources is dead. Is there a better link that can be used to access this information on a site other than Wikipedia? I tried the USDA but I am having trouble finding a page explaining their soil taxonomy system.
