The distance example (http://www.nmsr.org/upgma.htm) is wrong!!!! You do not average groups as shown, you average all shared elements between groups. I am working on a replacement version with the correct calculation. 152.78.151.29 (talk) 07:25, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
