Could go either way; since 2010, roughly 20 journal articles used Blatta, 27 used Shelfordella (according to scholar.google.com). ITIS, BOLDS, and DiscoverLife say genus Blatta, while GBIF, Species 2000/ITIS Catalogue of Life, and Encyclopedia of Life say genus Shelfordella.
Shelfordella lateralis is listed in the synonyms on the taxobox, though given that both classifications are in current scholarly usage, I'm adding it in the opening sentence as an alternative. If someone wants to switch it around, with Shelfordella primary and Blatta a synonym, that seems fine, though it would be nice if there were a source indicating which way the scientific consensus is headed (not just current preference of a particular source).
