Walt Disney Parks Version[edit]

Was one of these covers the version heard in the pre-show of the Honey, I Shrunk the Audience! show previously at Disneyland and EPCOT? Jakerforever 13:25, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yes, and I think this should be mentioned in the main wikipage--TimothyJacobson (talk) 01:35, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone know who did the cover for HIStA pre-show?

Fair use rationale for Image:994TDC Cyndi Lauper 047.jpg[edit]

Image:994TDC Cyndi Lauper 047.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Surely the Kasey Chambers version deserves a little more attention than a simple listing, given that it reached #4 in Australia. Skinsmoke (talk) 02:30, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Include lyrics[edit]

Well I think that this page needs to include lyrics from the song True Colors.
If you do not know how to do this then see Wikipedia:WikiProject_Songs#Lyrics_and_music_videos,for details

Reason[edit]

Because what if people are looking up the song lyrics ,and decide to use Wikipedia ,for searching there lyrics! That is why I want someone to put the songs lyrics ,for True Colors.(Rosevictor (talk) 19:07, 11 July 2012 (UTC))[reply]

Misspelling[edit]

Cyndi is misspelled under references, but I can't find it in the source text. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.2.135.200 (talk) 20:31, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing that out. I went in to correct the spelling and saw that the source had the error. The source was an anonymous youtube account's posting of a copyright violation of a CNN video. We cannot use apparent copyright violations as sources. From what I've heard (which, of course, is not reliable), the statement seems to be true, so I've left it in place. We do need a source for the claim, though. - SummerPhDv2.0 21:28, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Anna Kendrick/Justin Timberlake Trolls Version[edit]

A section should be added for the version by Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake from the Trolls: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. PanYaLin (talk) 20:33, 28 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Does the version pass WP:COVERSONG? - SummerPhDv2.0 02:23, 29 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kodak Advertisement[edit]

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGGyxt7ar8E I am sure there are a number of folks whose first exposure to this song is via the Kodak ad. Any consensus on its worth of mention in this article? Meengrn (talk) 17:37, 18 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
