Unreadable translation[edit]

This article is completely unreadable. - Anonymous

Yes. On March 31 2010 the original terse but readable US Government text about telecommunications was replaced by what seems to be a machine translation, or otherwise poor translation of the German Wikipedia article about power transmission. Alas, I neither read German nor know much about transposition especially in the electric power business, which limits my ability to improve it. Obviously some knowledge of transmission lines is assumed.
