Criticisms based on poor portrayal of gender issues[edit]

The show is being criticized less for the inclusion of a non-binary character and more for how the show handles this, implying that the human character who identifies as she/her only feels safe around friends and non-binary individuals, implying they view binary individuals (Males/Females) as dangerous.

Episodes 11-18 Credits[edit]
