Repeatedly changing between "torshi" and "turshi" appears to have been a favourite pastime of this article's editors. Looking at the article's text through the WhoColor script, it appears that all but one of the uses of the term "torshi" are due to two IPs, who have made no other contributions to the current text of the article. Choosing a title should be based on usage in reliable sources, not on what happens to be found in the current, dismal, sate of the article. – Uanfala (talk) 09:29, 24 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Support the move to Torshi. The Persian word torši (ترشی) seems to be what the Ottoman Turkish türşî (ترشی) have derived from. In this page, Tunisia was not been mentioned. However, Tunisian people have a deep-rooted culinary history related to pickled vegetable and especially to Torshi. Torshi is a common word used by Tunisians that refer to pickled turnips with vinegar and salt. the sugar is not used. Some harissa is added when serving. It is a very common side dish, especially in the wintertime.
