Support. It is not unusual that a shortened form of a personal name is more common than the full name. But we don't put articles at "Trump" or "Obama." COMMONNAME is not the right guideline to look at. See WP:SINGLENAME. Colin Gerhard (talk) 13:15, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

- I don't mean this in a combative way, but you are objectively wrong in this case. The 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 11th reference, BDFutbol external link all list him as "Toño Ramírez".
