Split page?[edit]

Should we split this article into 2 separate ones, one for the donna summer one, and one for the young divas, and make a disambiguation page? ~ E meZxX 09:58, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I was thinking that but if you read Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Songs#Titles_for_articles_of_songs_recorded_by_more_than_one_act, it is not allowed unless one of the versions is really notable (makes the page over 32KB or something). I got into trouble when i did it to Dancing in the Street:P, but we can still make separte headings in the article like the Open Arms (song) article. Lillygirl 14:48, 16 October 2006.

Use in television and film?[edit]

Is it appropriate to mention in the article that a cover of the song was performed on the March 23rd episode of the series The Wedding Bells? RahadyanS 03:22, 3 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Personally, I'm *not* a fan of the inclusion of every possible inclusion of a popular song in dramas. Unless it was particularly prominent or played a part in the story, I'd leave it out. Fourohfour 19:18, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:This Time I Know It's For Real.jpg[edit]

Image:This Time I Know It's For Real.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. culled?[edit]

I have changed the work 'culled' in the opening paragraph to 'released'.
