{{edit the semiprotected}} "White returned to the competition on week 2 because the judges felt that she shouldn't of been eliminated in the previous week."

Shouldn't HAVE been...

I cannot fix this, since the article is protected and I do not have an account. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.42.160.173 (talk) 11:11, 8 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Done Thanks for spotting it. Next time place {{Edit semi-protected}} under the request so that wikipedians who can edit this page would be able to respond quickly.···Vanischenu (alt) 11:32, 8 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Editing[edit]

Too much editing without cited and verifiable information. If you can not find a source, do not make the changes. tabloid TV shows are not valid sources. --RichardMills65 (talk) 06:46, 13 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hosts[edit]

Surely the hosts have been announced as the auditions have started! --92.30.147.173 (talk) 18:47, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not yet, but hopefully soon --MSalmon (talk) 18:51, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
But the auditions started on 25 May.. Haven't the hosts been at the auditions? --92.23.136.64 (talk) 21:56, 4 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not as far as I know unless you have a source. --MSalmon (talk) 22:05, 4 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The auditions took place without any host(s).--Babar Suhail (talk) 20:15, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wild card stage[edit]

There is confirmed to be a wild card stage where contestant(s) are brought back. You should include this in the article.

"Filth"[edit]

The band "Fifth Harmony" is referred as "Filth Harmony" at least once in the article. This is probably one spelling error that should be fixed :)

On the official website it list them as Fifth Harmony --MSalmon (talk) 22:04, 8 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, and on the wiki page, we have them listed once as "Filth" harmony. It's a simple typo. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.123.96.22 (talk) 22:07, 8 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request on 9 November 2012[edit]

The episode numbers are incorrect. As of November 9, 2012, there are only 15 episodes, not 16. Episode 12, "Judges' houses 3 – Part 2" does not exist. Wikijunkie1991 (talk) 06:29, 9 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Chart is Off[edit]

i cannot follow all the twists and turns of the world series preemptions/schedule shifts, but the bottom line is that every copy i can find of the oct 31/first live show is labeled "episode 12" and every copy of the nov 1/first results show is labeled "episode 13". so the chart is off by one.

i believe it's b/c the chart splits episode 11 into two pieces. no one else seems to do this, so i suggest it be changed to something like "episode 11a" and "episode 11b" instead so it doesn't ruin the numbers for the rest of the episodes.

i hesitate to fix the chart in light of the response "9 nov 2012" got. but it is incorrect as it now stands. 173.9.95.217 (talk) 15:11, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ranking order[edit]

At the end of each live show thus far, a ranking order was showed on who got the most vote (first announced those with less until first). Is this interesting to post in the article?

Sources: Liveshow 1 Liveshow 2 84.31.54.224 (talk) 15:13, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, as it shows how the public voted. Did you mean add it as a sentence? --MSalmon (talk) 15:14, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I was more thinking about adding the whole results, but at least mention in the article, I think that is important to know. 84.31.54.224 (talk) 15:27, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The whole results are already in the results summary table but I think it can be mentioned at the start of the live shows section as a sentence (with a source). --MSalmon (talk) 15:28, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry, my word use did not really show what I actually meant, I meant the order in which was voted on, add that. But I agree with your suggestion as well. I'm sorry, I'm not a Wikipedia member so I can't do it, I hope the sources I gave are helpful? 84.31.54.224 (talk) 15:33, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Add what, not sure what you are refering to? --MSalmon (talk) 15:35, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I was referring to the order of amount of votes which is shown at the end of the result episode. 84.31.54.224 (talk) 16:29, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It was only the ranking that were revealed not the actual % of public votes if that's what you mean. --MSalmon (talk) 16:34, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
That's what I meant, sorry. 84.31.54.224 (talk) 10:44, 17 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, they haven't revealed the % of votes just the ranking (unless they reveal the % of votes after the final) --MSalmon (talk) 10:46, 17 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Protect article till end of season[edit]

Please protect this article again, till the end of this season because we have anonymous users adding rubbish to the page! --Yonglaytan (talk) 17:48, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No need to protect this article. I will take care of those anonymous users. 68.45.225.205 (talk) 21:01, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Percentages[edit]

Are the voting percentages going to be revealed. Also we know that on week 4, CeCe came ninth. --Yonglaytan (talk) 17:48, 30 November 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.146.224.97 (talk) [reply]

I don't know, we only know the rankings so far --MSalmon (talk) 15:31, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Week 5 Controversy[edit]

Request to edit Controversies section. During Week 5 there were problems with the voting lines for CeCe Frey as well. Very often fans would call and get a reply saying that the number is not an active number. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ricizzle (talkcontribs) 16:29, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. --McDoobAU93 16:40, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Week 7 and 8 Results[edit]

The "Weekly results per contestant" table in the "Results summary" section under "Live shows" should be cleared for Carly Rose Sonenclar, Fifth Harmony, and Tate Stevens for "Week 7" as well as "Round 1" and "Round 2" of "Week 8" as this information is either unreleased (Week 7) or false (Week 8 has not yet occurred). Under "Reception", the "Contestants' performances on the eighth live show" table should be removed as this has not yet occurred and is false information.

Not done. Remove this inaccurate information.
