The plot section at times written from a characters perspective (e.g. George's, when talking about architecture) and a few things are out of chronological order. GBizzle (talk) 02:07, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can't find a source for Larry David being Van Buren's great great grandson. Where did this come from? --70.162.25.217 (talk) 21:40, 14 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The reference to "Martin van Buren" is a reference to Martin Van Buren High School in Queens which would be where anyone hanging out at Lorenzo's pizza would go to school. I went to van Buren high school and spent many, many evenings hanging out in front of Lorenzo's pizza on Union Turnpike. That hangout, the street (which was well known because it could attract 200-300 teenagers on a nice summer night) was generally referred to as "Sebring" after a slot car racing place which was on the corner in the mid 1960s, the name stuck. In the 60s and 70s it was a hangout for several "gangs" though mostly attracted hippie types and what we'd call "collegiate" types (penny loafers, madras shirts, blue jeans or khakis, short hair.) Lorenzos was on Union Turnpike between 254th street and Little Neck Parkway (not really a parkway, just slightly wider island-divided street.) Martin Van Buren high school's page link is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_Van_Buren_High_School There's a "sebring" facebook group for people who used to hang out at Sebring, with threads on Lorenzo's pizza etc. -- bzs@TheWorld.com —Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.74.137.22 (talk) 23:08, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

With regards to The Twilight Zone episode, could not Jerry have referenced A World of Difference? The fact that he states, "they were all like that," implies that there were multiple episodes referenced. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Chiefmiz (talkcontribs) 03:06, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
