Why The Shaky Hands are notable[edit]

The Shaky Hands indeed satisfy the criteria for notability. They feature two members who have been part of the notable indie folk band The Castanets (Nicholas and Nathan Delffs) [1], and they also represent the Portland indie rock scene, as is shown by their popularity in the Willamette Week [2]. They've also been featured on Pitchfork, which is at the forefront of the national indie scene [3]. (Kneebiter42 09:40, 1 April 2007 (UTC))[reply]

The album kicks some butt, too, so it's definitely notable. Downloads can be had at iTunes and emusic, so the band has national recognition. I'm a baby boom mom with a college kid, and I've heard their music, so I would agree that the band satisfies notability criteria!

Give them two or three weeks and no one will be disputing their notoriety. These guys are going to be huge in a major way. Three weeks or less, I say. Name[edit]
