"FOX is that funnel. As Brock pointed out in his Republican Noise Machine. It works like this. Newsmax or Worldnutdaily puts out a story, either a poorly sourced one or a completely fabricated one. Then O'falafel or Hannity will say Newsmax is reporting... Not claiming it as their own, just that Newsmax is reporting, and you wont hear this on the Godless mainstream liberal media. After beating that horse for a while a story WILL appear in the NYTimes or Washington Post, the same sort of Newsmax is reporting since they are not able to substantiate the fabrication. THEN it IS out there from a RELIABLE source. Many people arent able to see the subtle distinction between a story the NYTimes is REPORTING and a story the NYTimes is SAYING is being reported by a no credibility, koolaid stand like Newsmax or Worldnutdaily. Then we all know what happens once a nutbag story is out there. No amount of debunking with facts and absolute PROOF they are wrong will stop them from being repeated until the end of time by the rightwingnut crowd"
