Hoax Wikipeadia Page of Lorenzo Von Matterhorn[edit]

I managed to preserve the hoax page before deletion (sans image) and place it into my sandbox at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Weldongee/Lorenzo_Von_Matterhorn . I did not create the page, it is not my work! I would think the hoax page might need to mentioned in this article but unsure if it should or how. Cool, you got all the links too. Nabbed a copy for myself too thanks. I saw the article added back but they guy who added the copy from the Google Cache didn't have any of the links. Maybe it should be preserved as a subpage of this article at The Playbook (How I Met Your Mother)/Lorenzo Von Matterhorn or maybe you or I could go to Web Cite and get them to archive your copy of the page but once it has been archived some where then we can reference it in the article and use the archiveurl parameter to point to it. Nice, thanks. -- Horkana (talk) 19:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Not entirely sure why a hoax Wikipedia page on LVM would need to be included in this article at all . . . Esrever (klaT) 20:12, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Tie-in websites provide additional information about the characters directly from the show creators, rather than second hand sources chewed over by journalists with their own point of view and speculation. It is also a form of marketing that is unusual with few other shows making the extra effort to do this sort of thing. Having said that some editors didn't see why each episode should have an article at all so it does vary what people think is worth including. -- Horkana (talk) 07:33, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
