Early editions[edit]

"The second printing was in Cologne in 1473". If this is correct the first printing is not mentioned as there was no printing before the 1450s so early copies were manuscripts not printed books.--Johnsoniensis (talk) 23:01, 21 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
