Not a Johnny Cash album[edit]

This article needs to be revised and the album count on all the other Cash album articles that follow needs to be redone. This is an album on which Cash provides guest vocals on one track, that's all. It's not even included in the Complete Columbia Albums box set. 68.146.52.234 (talk) 20:20, 3 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • I have done further revisions. There is no country music content at all on this record. It is a classical album with one spoken word track of Cash talking about the Grand Canyon. As such I don't know where the statement that it was the first country music concept album came from as it was no more the first than any other classical concept album that had come before. The statement was unsourced anyway so I took it out. As I indicated above, it needs to be removed from the list of Johnny Cash albums as it is little more than a contribution on his part. If I have time I'll do so myself per WP:BOLD but with more than 70 albums listed and a running total, I have to allow some time... 68.146.52.234 (talk) 23:17, 26 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
