Improvement needed[edit]

This article was apparently the subject of a school project (see this series of edits). The students were not well-moderated or mentored, and it shows. I have removed some amateur character analysis, but the overall article is something of a mess. It needs a lot of work. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 00:26, 14 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestions for Further Edits: More Narrative Context[edit]

An observation I made pertaining to this article was its sparse description of the narrative. Without a more detailed description of the narrative, the article fails to connect the importance of the characters to the overarching meaning of the novel. This article could benefit from connections from its background section to the content of the narrative, along with inclusion of more textual evidence to back up the claims pertaining to indigenous underrepresentation in society.
