Contested deletion[edit]
This page should not be speedy deleted because it does meet the following notability criteria:
- The band has been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable and are independent from the musician or ensemble itself
- The band has been placed in rotation nationally by any major radio network (The Amsterdams were aired more than once at BBC6).
- The band has been the subject of a half-hour or longer broadcast across a national radio or TV network (I can provide a link if necessary)
So please reconsider the speedy deletion thing. Thanks.
P.S. A personal opinion: even if it was an article which had been previously deleted, it seems a little bit unfair to propose it for speedy deletion when it's not even finished. --Eva Mitocondriala (talk) 15:34, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
