Have they fixed the movie for later releases?

When Richard gets up and walks out, a crew member holding the boom microphone is clearly visible in the mirror behind Emma. => I watched the scene several times and can't see that. Mirrors are all along the room but not behind her. Can't see in crew member there...

the coffee cups disappear and reappear during the scene, or change from being side-by-side to one being inside the other. => They do switch from being side-by-side to being one inside the other... but they don't disappear....
