I suggest to remove the notes about the article's multiple issues. The page has already been improved. Additional citations for verification have been added such as a reference, two links to sites with further project information and one link to the project partner TextGrid. Moreover, I think this article is no orphan any more. Related articles have been linked to it as well as the german version of the article has been.
