Sweden?[edit]

Presumably since Linnaeus and Fries described this attractive lichen, it occurs in Sweden? Or were they sent specimens from somewhere? Would be worth a mention as the article only mentions England (recent finds) and the US, which seems unlikely to be complete. Chiswick Chap (talk) 09:28, 7 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure if it occurs in Sweden specifically, but the newly added taxonomy bit should end the mystery of the provenance of the type! Esculenta (talk) 01:41, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
