Assistant teachers[edit]

Paraeducators, or paraprofessionals, are another assistant found in American classrooms. @HiLo48 Wikipedia exists in several languages, and some articles are translated from one language to another. Teaching in South Africa[edit]

In South Africa, educators require a formal qualification to teach (BEd). This qualification is obtained at a university that offers education as a four year course.

Once students obtain Thier qualification (degree), they can formally start teaching.
