Too soon?[edit]

I put this article through AfC because there seemed to be a strong degree of certainty that these tax-transparent funds would definitely be introduced (without primary givernment legislation). However, there seems to be no firm date and a variety of uses of the term - transparent tax funds, tax-transparent funds etc. Hopefully other editors will agree it is sufficiently notable to remain (whether the opinions in the article are sufficiently sourced is another matter).
