Al Jazeera bombing memo[edit]

Referring to the 2004 Al Jazeera bombing memo, the article linked to a section of the Al Jazeera page that no longer exists. It also referred to this as evidence that the attack was pre-meditated, though it did allow that the allegation is disputed by the US. Nevertheless, I felt that this was too strong. I have updated the link to point to the new page on the Al Jazeera memo. I also moved it to the bottom of the article, where it is made clear that this memo refers to plans of a different attack (never carried out) and not to the 2003 attack that killed Ayyoub. I do, however, feel that the 2004 memo is relevant, as it suggests a general willingness to use force against reporters who are hostile to the US point of view.
