Willing to re-write[edit]

i am more than willing to rewrite. And i am going to rewrite... - User:nate1028

I took my best try and added more info, and improved grammar, and punctuation, it needs more though. Chard513 (talk) 21:45, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh come on, you can do better than this!! I haven't read this book since I was 13, but I remember a bit more than just "lots of symbolism!" Limapoint 00:19, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Will re-read[edit]

I love this novel, was very disappointed to find the page so badly written, I'm going to read the novel and do a little research online and re-write this page. it can be my little baby!!! AC 21:55, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Missing Info[edit]

This goes out to anyone who is going to add to this article.

Shouldn't it be added at the end that Paul was supended from Tangerine Middle? Because that is an important part of the plot. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.80.40.127 (talk) 01:42, August 29, 2007 (UTC) What happened at the end with the muck fire —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.190.8.202 (talk) 00:40, 5 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Movie[edit]

Tangerine has been optioned for a movie by HBO films. The first version of the screen play has been written and a possible director is Catherine Hardwicke known for Thirteen and Lords of Dogtown. It is still extremely early in the planning stages but nearly has the green light.

Re-write started[edit]

I have taken a bit of time to start re-writing the plot summary. However, it is incomplete and fails to deal with large parts of the novel. Any additions to the plot would be appreciated.

infobox/pic[edit]

thanks to me, there is now an infobox and picture =] Connör (talk) 02:32, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What is fiction here?[edit]

According to Wikipedia, Tangerine, Florida is a real place, and it is the setting for this novel. But it says that Tangerine County is fictional. Any insights, anyone? Unschool (talk) 15:54, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, Tangerine is in Orange County, which is a similar citrus fruit. Surely the properties of the town are somewhat fictional; I never heard of lignite in Florida. --Reuben (talk) 17:00, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Update[edit]

This... is... amazing, Completely wrong, but amazing, I don't know if I should fix it or not, but just... wow

The entire summary is still very incorrect as of May 2017. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:5C2:100:361E:8D4D:6B96:95A5:8E95 (talk) 02:25, 10 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Still incorrect[edit]

Info on this page is still incorrect as of January 12th, 2019. There are no follow-ups or sequels to this novel, so the information at the bottom of this page is completely false. There is no such character as Lazer Wulf, this seems to have been inserted someone who didn't read then novel. There also other pieces of information wrong, but that's a select few of the things wrong with this page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Genericsnowflake1 (talkcontribs) 02:25, 13 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Edit: This entire page is wrong. This summary is more of a fanfiction then anything. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Genericsnowflake1 (talkcontribs) 02:27, 13 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
