Parent's Voice Actors[edit]

From the trivia section: "Tai's parents, Susumu (father) and Yuuko (mother), have the same names as their Japanese voice actors: Susumu Chiba voices Susumu Yagami; Yuuko Mizutani voices Yuuko Yagami."

I thought Susumu Chiba voices Yamaki from Digimon Tamers while Yuuko Mizutani voices Sora? "Anime News Network"'s profiles for these two voice actors has absolutely no mention of Taichi's mother or father in their lists. Is this information wrong? Should it be taken out? Birthday[edit]

Someone added the line "Tai's birthday is believed to be December 2nd"? I took this line out because I have not heard this mentioned ANYWHERE in canon or canon sources. Is there a real source anywhere for this piece of information? I don't remember the Digidestined characters' birthdays EVER being mentioned (aside from Takuya and Izumi's in Frontier, and that was just the months they were born, I believe). Please forgive me if I made a mistake by taking that out, but I was under the impression they never had official birthdates, unless I'm mistaken? Hikarim (talk) 16:10, 14 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Do Tai and Kari have any grandfathers, grandmothers, uncles and aunts?

Legacy[edit]

Proposed move[edit]

Hey, I'm kinda new as far as being a member of Wikipedia goes, so I'm not exactly sure about all the protocol and processes that go on here. However, I've noticed that the articles covering the other chosen children (Eg. Matt Ishida, Izzy Izumi) use their dub 'nicknames' as the article's title, which makes the title of this article inconsistant for being "Taichi Kamiya" as opposed to "Tai Kamiya". Tai and Sora in love???[edit]

I have not seen the movie yet, but the article states:

Tai's e-mail to Sora finally got through and the two made up. Actually, they were in love with each other.

Unfortunately, no. They were friends, good friends, but Sora is with Matt and obviously some angry Tai/Sora shipper put that up. Tai's email did get through to Sora, but it never implied any love as far as canon is concerned.
