Umani may be translated into Vietnamese as "vị ngọt". The Monosodium glutamate are called "bột ngọt" in Viet Nam. But please note that this ngọt is different from another "ngọt" that means sweet.--Bình Giang 03:13, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
