sybil Danning is actually an American, she was born in Austria to an American father and grew up in the United States.

According to IMDB, she was born in 1952. Answers.com says 1949 (but their content is culled from many other sources, including wikipedia). CultSirens.com says 1949 or 1952 (and maybe a different birthplace). No one seems to know for sure, but the MySpace page under her name says she is 57, placing her birth year as 1952. Birthdate[edit]

I love Sybil, but I think this article (and Sybil herself) is fudging her DOB. In a 1992 Femme Fatales article, her birthdate is listed as 1947. Can we get agreement on her DOB please? I don't think it's 1952. Haywire3000 (talk) 02:17, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Source for 1947 birth year[edit]

I have found a source from Familysearch that possibly supports Sybil being born in 1947.

It lists an Austrian Sybille J Danninger (Which is a close match to her birth name) as 5 years old in 1952. This means that the 1952 dob could've came from this date when she was travelling around the world with her family. I will change the 1952 dob to 1947 with this source.

It does look like she keeps getting younger as sources have previously given 1947 or 1950, and now we are onto 1952. It seems unlikely based on her written history that she was born as late as '52 and that 1947 does seem the most likely date. Crisso (talk) 20:03, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
