Move to "SUPINFO" (uppercase) article[edit]

The exact name of the school is SUPINFO (uppercased letters), it would be legit to move that article from "Supinfo" to "SUPINFO". —Preceding unsigned comment added by CDuv (talkcontribs) 13:37, 11 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Principle of least astonishment. To be exact, the name of this organization is SUPINFO International University since 2008, but it is most known as Supinfo. If we change the name of the article each time the head of Supinfo devices a more shiny name, we are not finished... Jamian45 (talk) 20:36, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
@Jamian45:, LOL, the same for the page "France", we are not updating the president name each time frenchies devices a more shiny president XD. --Jitrixis (talk) 06:20, 15 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

– Naming convention. The name of SUPINFO has to be written all in uppercase. In the version 7.4 of the graphic charter of SUPINFO, The common name of the university has to be written SUPINFO all in uppercase, it can be append "International University" or "The international Institute of Information Technology". • Oppose. Per WP:MOSTM, Wikipedia does not follow such trademark stylings. This is not an acronym. 209.211.131.181 (talk) 17:31, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per above. Their personal preference of styling has no bearing on English grammar. — the Man in Question (in question) 23:12, 24 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per WP:ALLCAPS / WP:MOSTM. Lots of organizations write their name in all-capital letters to appear more prominent. We don't need to follow their preference. —BarrelProof (talk) 19:08, 25 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
