Less than 1000 copies?!?[edit]

While it obviously wasn't a hit, the <1000 copies figure seems pretty hard to swallow. Where is that figure from? Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 03:37, 29 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removing the final paragraph, which is just a brief history of the Beach Boys after the album, and overlaps with the main band article.

According to a seemingly reliable online post, the album actually had certified sales of 25,000 copies: however, a large percentage of those would be as part of the QVC bundle with the 1993 box set. The figure of under 1000 came from a band member at the time. Even at 25,000 copies sold, it's still far and away the lowest selling original BB non-compilation or reissue: the next lowest selling is probably the MIU album at 135,000.Andrew G. All those fact tags[edit]

I removed the one sentence about what fans said about the album, it would be hard to ever source that. I also removed the tags from the next sentence, as the sentence after it backs it up. As for the <1000 copies... I think the best bet for a source for that would be the Doe/Tobler book, but I can't get to that right now. MookieZ 20:58, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
