Third solo studio album?

I'm not sure whether this is his second, third or fourth studio album. I'm not sure whether to count "MTV's Todrick: The Music, Vol. 1" as a studio album since it is technically a soundtrack album. Same thing with "Pop Star High", which I think is even more debatable since a lot of the songs don't actually feature lead vocals from him, he just wrote the songs.
