I know his own website says he appeared in the film, but was he actually in it? Was that a deleted scene? Is he listed in the credits? IMDB currently isn't listing him anymore.--134.91.116.134 (talk) 12:50, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Steve Tom here. After being cast as "McLaren Robotics CEO", I showed up for my first day of shooting and bumped into my friend, Peter Jason. I asked him what he was doing there and he said he's playing the CEO of McLaren Robotics. How interesting. When we finally got to set, the director explained that he wanted to divide up the lines between two actors. Okay. The scene was at the beginning of the script, as a Congressional committee is investigating the robot "incident" that occured in the previous film. Unfortunately, the scene did not survive the final edit and does not appear in the film. As for my website and resume, it is common for actors to list films they have booked and been paid for, even if the role does not survive the editing process. Hope this addresses your concerns.
