Recreation of page post AfD[edit]
I've recreated this page post the previous AfD linked above. Roots has since won the mayoral election and been sworn into office. While he has not yet achieved much in office, Chester is the only city in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and the oldest city in Pennsylvania. It is undergoing massive changes since declaring bankruptcy. It contains multiple locations on the U.S. National Register of Historical Places, hosts a Major League Soccer franchise and has a significant impact on all of Delaware County. The mayor of Chester is a major local political figure. See also: List of mayors of Chester, Pennsylvania. I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Hi Dwkaminski. Nice work on this article! I would recommend inclusion in appropriate/relevant Wikiprojects (per other mayors of the city as a starting point), and adding a 'photo needed' tag. The current first reference gives Roots' age as 62, which could be included in the infobox now as 62/63.
