Links to a business make this page seem like an advertisement[edit]

There are multiple links on this page to a business that specializes in setting up 401ks. This makes the page seem like an advertisement & the information seems less reliable. Surely there are better (unbiased) references for the relevant information. 131.191.42.78 (talk) 22:27, 17 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Error in Contribution Limits[edit]

The article currently asserts that the IRC Section 415(c) limit ($52,000 for 2014):

"includes amounts contributed to all 401(k) qualified retirement plan the individual participates in."

This is not attributed and demonstrably false [1] (emphasis mine):

"Greg can make a nonelective contribution of $51,000 to his solo 401(k) plan. This limit is not reduced by the elective deferrals under his employer’s plan because the limit on annual additions applies to each plan separately."

Additional Information would be helpful[edit]

It would be nice if the rules for someone that is employed as a W-2 employee and has a 401k through that job and also is self-employed and would like a Solo 401k based on the self-employment income.
